HOPETOUN PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Hopetoun Public Library has over 3500 books including local and state library stocks.

We have a wide range of adult fiction and non-fiction, large print books, audio books, DVD's and an inviting childrens library area. Our library also has a good range of local literature and reference books.

We run a Storytime program which includes free stories, songs, rhymes and craft for 0-5 year olds. This is run by local volunteers and is on every Monday of the school term at 10am.

We are part of the Inter-Library-Loan program and can order books in from other libraries if not locally available.

We have a free Online Public Access Computer for library users to access as well as a free childrens library computer linked with educational games and programs.

Membership is free for all residents and ratepayers. Temporary membership is also available to those visiting the area.
