About the Event

Tracks is a program designed by and for the youth of Hopetoun. Across six months of programming, teens aged 12+ are invited to move, strengthen and nourish their mind, body and soul through curated sessions from facilitators near and far. This unique experience is offered without cost through the Physical Activity Innovation Challenge by Healthway.

Join Nicole on a sound journey in the Hopetoun Community Hall. This deep relaxation experience is met with ancient instruments that have been used for meditation for thousands of years. Think cushions, mats, dim lights, tranquil sounds and blissful thoughts for this unique session.

ABOUT NICOLE TAMLIN

Nicole lives between Esperance and Albany and offers yoga, reiki and sound healing journeys that integrate the mind, body and soul. These three modalities are intertwined and deeply connect each individual to their true essence. Nicole works reguarly with kids and creates school programs along the South Coast, offering the Peter Hess Klik method. This gives children confidence to find their inner voice. Through play the children develop trust, talk about emotions and ways to find inner peace. It is scientifically proven that regular sound builds the bridge between right and left brain. Nicole gathers decades of experience and curates programs specifically for the group she serves.
