About the Event

Join us for a one hour sound bath with the amazing Gaby Castro. Set new intentions, release old patterns and refresh our souls in preparation to warmly welcome 2025.

Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a comfortable pillow and a bottle of water. These will help you make the most of this session. Please contact the Hopetoun CRC if you don't have access to these as we have a few spare.

We look forward to an session of relaxation and connection through the power of sound.
