Join us for a one hour sound bath to awaken creativity and the internal fire with the amazing Gaby Castro.

Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a comfortable pillow and a bottle of water. These will help you make the most of this session. Please contact the Hopetoun CRC if you don't have access to these as we have a few spare.
