Bring your children to this fun, interactive cooking program.

Held once per week on Tuesdays at 9:30am, this one hour session will introduce children to food nutrition, new flavours and different cultural cuisines while promoting social consciousness essential for preparing and sharing a meal. 

The program provides opportunities for families to gather and enjoy time together developing new skills in our unique hands-on learning experience. Cooking can help young children learn and practice some basic math concepts and build language skills. 

Creating and eating healthy meals with family and peers can help build children's self-confidence and lay the foundation for healthy eating habits.

Suitable for 0-5 year olds.

Registration is essential and is for an 8 week term.
