Fitzgerald Biosphere Excursion & Picnic
Free Event for children up to 12 yrs of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Come on a bus ride into the Fitzgerald River National Park, collect your investigators pack, hear from our guest speakers then enjoy a picnic before returning back home.

About the Event
Meet at 9:30am at the Hopetoun CRC carpark to get on the bus. Expected return approx 1:00pm.
All adults and children over 1 must register for a ticket.
Children under 1 are still welcome to attend but will NOT be allocated a seat on the bus, so will need to sit on an adults lap. Children under 1 will NOT recieve an investigators pack or picnic pack.
All ticket holders will recieve a picnic pack. All ticket holders aged between 1-12 years will recieve an investigators pack.
Picnic pack includes sandwich, fruit & juice box. You will be required to cater for your own special dietary requirements.
Please take all precautions to ensure your footwear is clean and free of any mud to help prevent the spread of dieback.
Please wear enclosed footwear, hat, sunscreen, bug repellent and bring your own water and any essential medications.
Prams are not permitted on the bus.
You are welcome to take your own vehicle but you will need to pay National Park Entry Fee or have a pre-paid permit and ensure that your vehicle is clean and free of any mud to help prevent the spread of dieback.
