About the Event

In this interactive and delicious session we will be exploring the nutritional benefits of food and how to cook a tasty dinner at home. We'll learn to make a hearty meal that can take a load off mum or dad's schedule in the home, and prepare you for life outside of the nest!

Please wear comfortable clothes with covered shoes and hair tied back neatly.

Tracks is a program designed by and for the youth of Hopetoun. Across six months of programming, teens aged 12+ are invited to move, strengthen and nourish their mind, body and soul through curated sessions from facilitators near and far. This unique experience is offered without cost through the Physical Activity Innovation Challenge by Healthway.
